A shortage of healthcare professionals in the private and public sectors has meant that existing staff are suffering from stress and coming under ever-increasing pressure. Dr Dilan Pathmajothy had a singular vision to create a tool that eliminated the need for healthcare workers to enter into a complex and unnecessary recruitment process through external agencies.
The demonstration went fantastically! All eight directors and home managers were impressed. They thought the app was slick, easy to use and looked great. With each new feature demo people were literally gasping. Thank you for putting in the extra work.
Following a successful funding process via the “First Bourne” accelerator, Createful were approached by healthcare entrepreneur, Dr Dilan Pathmajothy, to create a staffing platform that connects shift leaders with care staff so that vacant shifts can be booked at a fraction of the time and cost.
Our UX and UI teams set about detailing requirements for the platform, and created structural wireframe prototypes for the app and web interfaces. Ensuring that every screen and interaction point was covered, this gave the development team a high degree of confidence in constructing a robust framework.
The native HiveWire apps and web platform allow care workers to find and apply for shifts seamlessly. Chat functionality allows workers to communicate instantly, and staff are notified instantly of new shifts through push notifications.
